Truss structure of steel tubular reinforced K-joints mainly refers to that reinforce the part of welded overlapped K-joints,from the level of part reinforce and ease of construction in point of view,that in concrete filled in chords and in charge of external casing reinforce measures more conducive to the construction,and has the potential to promote.The paper with research based on the National Natural Science Foundation(51468054)program for the direct welding the steel tubular structure of the square section chords and circular section braces of reinforced K-joints hysteresis behavior.Firstly,by using the large software ANSYS to establish K-joints and reinforced joints in a total of 45 models for simulation,according to the different geometric parameters under the influnce of ????????Ov,through analysis of compare the joint in not to reinforce? the joint were reinforced in charge of external casing reinforcemen? the joint were reinforced in concrete filled in chords for hysteresis behavior static behavior,it found that the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled in chords more than the other two modes.Secondly,according to the two kinds of different reinforce measures with 30 reinforced joints are established,quantitative evaluation of the five geometric parameters under the action of hysteretic behavior,the result of optimal is the concrete filled in chords with the reinforced joints,at the same time it analysis from stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation.Under the influnce of ?,as ? increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of reinforced joints increasing.Under the influnce of ?,as ?increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of reinforced joints weaking.Under the influnce of ?,as ? increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of reinforced joints increasing,Under the influnce of ?,as ? increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of reinforced joints weaking.Under the influnce of Ov,as Ov increasing,the hysterestic characteristic of reinforced joints weaking.Finally,combined with shaanxi raw coal storage coal shed Han Cheng city some coal mine steel structure engineering in seismic design,changed the original joint form design,comparative analysis of the original coal shed storage structure and enhanced the seismic behavior of the coal shed.The results show that compare with the original amount of truss steel structure obvious to reduce,the anti-seismic behavior enhance,construction technology is simple,the overall performanceimprovement.This research will provide referential basis for the actual construction for western engineering,provides a powerful guarantee for engineering construction safety performance.The innovation points of the article as bellow:1.Through the comparative analysis of the changed parameters of competent in concrete filled in chords and in charge of external casing reinforcemen in two different reinforced mode within the square chords and circular braces of K-joints mechanical properties,to get the optimal reinforced measure,provide a reference basis for related research.2.Research on the square section chords and circular section braces of K-joints in concrete filled in chords hysteresis behavior,ductility,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity are analyzed for the first time.3.Optimized structure combined with engineering case,and compare the original coal shed storage structure and enhanced coal shed in Elcentro wave under the action of the seismic energy dissipation structure,verified the design on the applicability of the actual construction,and enriched the design code of steel structure application base,and plays a guiding role to the real project.
