With total amount of buildings increasing,building energy conservation has been one of the basic national policies that the study and innovation of building external wall thermal insulation technology is the breakthrough and key point to reduce building energy consumption.Now sandwich wall has remarkable advantages in fire protection,controlling abscission,impact resistance,ventilation,durability,decoration.But the supporting structure of exterior wall and thermal bridges caused by distributed tie bars makes that insulation performance of sandwich wall is important factor restricting construction practice.Cancelling distributed tie bars and reducing thermal bridges caused by supporting structure have been the direction of sandwich wall.Based on prophase research,the study used prefabricated exterior wall as technical route and achieve prefabricated process of exterior wall through reinforcement.The main content and the results of this paper are as follow:(1)In this paper,based on double-beam structure of sandwich wall and the tentative idea of cancelling distributed tie bars.Integrity of masonry wall is guaranteed by applying reinforcement through holes.With hoisting and installation requirement,prefabricated and installation technology is realized and a series of tools is designed.(2)In this paper,ABAQUS was adopted to simulate one prefabricated exterior wall specimen and one supporting beam specimen.Installation quality control method that mid-span deflection controls reserved space on the top of wall is proposed.Mechanical properties of wall during hoisting and after installation and stress distribution and safety of the exterior wall under horizontal load is discussed.(3)Division and installation technical requirement are put forward.Five specimens have been designed and made according to drafted drawings.The results of construction hoisting and installation experiment proved that proposed process is efficient and feasible.A complete set of programs is a formed to direct construction process of prefabricated exterior wall.
