Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have better construction quality,faster construction speed,and lower overall cost.In the process of realizing the industrialization of buildings,precast concrete components are an indispensable part.A lot of researches have been carried out on precast sandwich insulation board,and connectors are the most important part of the sandwich insulation board.The biggest advantage of precast concrete sandwich insulation board is good thermal insulation performance.At present,there are few researches and experiments on the sandwich insulation board connector in China,and a large number of test data are lacking to support the reliability of the sandwich insulation board connector.Therefore,it is necessary to do further research on the connection of precast concrete sandwich insulation board.In this paper,six truss-reinforced sandwich insulation panels are designed and manufactured through experimental research on precast concrete sandwich insulation panels.The failure process,failure morphology,load-strain curve,load-displacement curve,crack formation and combined effect were observed.First,the truss-reinforced sandwich insulation board was designed and the test process was designed.The bending test was conducted on the specimens(w-1,w-2,w-3,w-4),and the shear test was conducted on the specimens(j-1,j-2).The fracture formation process,load-strain curve and load-displacement curve were analyzed.The study variables of anti-bending specimens w-1,w-2,w-3 and w-4 were concrete slab thickness and insulation slab thickness,while the study variables of shear specimens j-1 and j-2 were insulation slab thickness.The bending test shows that when the thickness of concrete slab increases,the bearing capacity of the specimen increases,the combined effect decreases,and the resistance to deformation increases.When the thickness of the insulation plate increased,the load capacity of the specimen decreased little and the combined effect was not significantly affected.The shear test shows that the relative displacement between concrete plates increases when the thickness of thermal insulation plate increases,which has little effect on the bearing capacity of the specimens.Secondly,ABAQUS finite element software was used to conduct finite element simulation on 4 bending specimens and 2 shear specimens.The simulation results were close to the actual data,proving the accuracy of finite element simulation.Finally,this paper is summarized to determine the direction for further research.
