The battery discharge regulator module is an important component of power supply system.Its performance index affects the reliability and stability of the power supply system.This dissertation intends to design a magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter which has the advantages of low input current ripple,high dynamic response and so on.This dissertation analyses the characteristics and advantages of the magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter.Considering a low-current ripple input and fast dynamic response are needed for the discharge regulator of the battery and the solar PV array system,a magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter is designed.It introduces a pair of interleaved parallel coupled inductance is added on the basis of coupling between the input inductor and the output filter inductor of a conventional Boost converter.Thus,it can reduce the input current ripple and eliminate the right half-plane zero in the Boost converter transfer function to improve the dynamic response of converter system.Theoretical analysis of the working principle of magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter,the dissertation establish a small signal model by using state space averaging method and carrying out simulation experiment in Matlab software.The average current mode control network is introduced.It designs the suitable compensation network with the principle that current inner loop is used before the voltage outer loop.Therefore,the system can maintain a good dynamic and steady-state performance.After the theoretical simulation in Saber software,setting up 150 W-400 W physical platform for experiment,meanwhile optimized and improved the theoretical design parameter during the experiment process.It verified the reliability and stability of the main circuit and control circuit,and proved the feasibility of the magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter design scheme.Through the simulation and practical experiments,it verified that the magnetic coupled inductor interleaved Boost converter can effectively reduce the input current ripple and improve the dynamic response of the power supply system after the application of appropriate inductance coupling coefficient and duty ratio.Therefore,it is proved that it can provide an important security for the system to work safely and effectively.
