With the global energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,the development of new sustainable energy has achieved remarkable achievements and economic benefits.With the promotion of new energy research on a global scale,many universities and research institutes have done a lot of research on how to improve the voltage gain and efficiency of DC converters.Non-isolated high-gain DC/DC converters have been studied.One of the hot spots.In this paper,the main technology of DC-DC converter is studied,and a new magnetic integrated staggered series Boost converter is proposed.Firstly,the paper analyzes the traditional Boost converter and obtains an equivalent circuit.Then,a new type of converter with two switches is obtained.The two switches have simultaneous turn-on and turn-off conduction.Kind of work.When the two switching tubes work in the staggered conduction state,they have better electrical performance.Therefore,when the switching tubes operate in the staggered conducting state,the staggered series Boost converters proposed in this paper are obtained.The operating mode,switching tube stress and inductor current ripple of the staggered series Boost converter in the discrete state of the inductor are analyzed.Then the two input inductors are magnetically integrated to obtain the magnetic integrated staggered series Boost converter.The working mode and switching tube stress are analyzed.The modal equivalent inductance,equivalent state inductance and equivalent transient inductance are analyzed.The design criteria of the converter coupling inductance are given and verified by simulation.The LDL switch inductor is applied to the staggered series Boost converter,and the staggered series Boost converter based on LDL switch inductor is obtained.The working mode,switching tube stress and inductor current ripple in the discrete state of the inductor are analyzed.Then the four inductors in the converter are magnetically integrated to obtain a magnetic integrated staggered series Boost converter based on LDL switch inductor.The working mode and switching tube stress are analyzed,and the modal equivalent inductance,etc.are analyzed.The effective inductance and equivalent transient inductance are given and the design criteria of the coupled inductor are given and verified by simulation.According to the design principle of coupled inductor,the "EE" shaped magnetic integrated core is designed.In this paper,four converters are discussed,two design criteria for coupled inductors are given,and a magnetic integrated core is designed.The correctness of the simulation verification theory is verified by PISM simulation.Finally,the experimental prototype was made to verifythe theoretical analysis.In the experiment,two different coupling modes of inductor current waveform,output voltage waveform and main switch tube voltage stress waveform were collected,which proved the correctness of circuit analysis and magnetic component design and met the accuracy requirements..The paper has 60 pictures and 59 references.The paper has 40 pictures and 58 references.
