At present,the AGC system is an important function in the EMS,which makes the power system operating in economy.One of the most important things in the control of the generating side is the response rate.How to improve the response rate of thermal power unit load for safe operation and economical indexes of AGC unit is of vital significance.As the new energy grid capacity increase s,the impact on the grid is increasing.The wind power,for example,the power fluctuation is the main obstacle in large-scale wind power injection.The power system must provide complementary power and relevant control strategies to ease the volatility of large-scale wind power injection.Traditional coal-fired power generation will continue to dominate the country's energy mix.The thermal power unit has shifted from the traditional power generation function to the participation in regulation.The shift in its role makes the rate at which the thermal power units adjust is critical.It is the inevitable choice of the frequency modulation of China's electricity system.This thesis tries to find the control strategy and the plan of the rapid depth change load of the thermal power unit,in order to improve thermal power unit load response rate,and also used to bring down the new energy grid when volatility.In order to study the above problem,firstly the model of the thermal power unit is established and improved.Combined with the actual field data,the accuracy of model is checked on the basis of the theory of modeling,fusing prior knowledge.The corresponding adjustment and modification of the parameters or structure of the model are made by the verification result.The control system in the actual power plant is analysed in a ground-breaking way.It is meticulous analysed from two aspects of steam pressure control loop and the steam temperature control circuit.Based on the model,the influence factors of the control system on the load response rate of thermal power units are studied,by controlling the law,the best controller parameter selection and controller structure are found.Finally,the AGC evaluation index is calculated and the control performance is analyzed and evaluated quantitatively.
