In the fast progress of science,space technology is a very hot tendency that a lot of countries want to develop and is the symbol of the power of a country so that many countries have put much energy into it.It is inevitable to suffer disturbance in the space technology and it is necessary to do experiment to know the influence of the disturbance.This paper completes the design and implement of research of full-physical simulation system for shaking and micro vibration.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of spacecraft at home and abroad,analyses several commmoly used simulation methods and anasises the advantages and disadvantages of the simulation methods which leads the advantages of the full-physical simulation.Then this paper introduces several kinds of torque output methods and analysises the advantages and disadvantages which laies foundation for the context.Secondly,according to the requirments of the system,this paper devides the whole system into four parts and imposes implicit design of every part.Big torque generator uses the pyramid structure composed of four single gimbal control moment gyros.Micro torque generator uses voice coil motor.Fast communication model uses the wireless model of company TPlink.After that,this paper completes the verification of the design and verifies the correctness of the design.Thirdly,this paper analysises the principle of torque output of single gimb al control moment gyro,generalize the configuration of SGCMGs and analysises the principle of torque output of the SGCMGs.Then,this paper stresses the basic structure,angular moment and installation matrix of the configuration of the SGCMGs and generalizes the singular problem of SGCMGs which takes pyramid structure and pentagonal pyramid structure as examples.Followed are the contrast and advantages and disadvantages of different structures.Next,this paper discusses several different kinds of control laws,solutes the expression of the angular velocity of every SGCMG,does simulation experiments for every kind of simulation method,analysies angular moment,angular velocity,angle,singular metric and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of every kind of method which laies foundation for the control algorithm in later chapter.Finally,this paper completes the hardware implement of the whole system and analysies the relationship of each part of the system.After that,this paper copmpletes the implement of the software and stresses the control algorithm of the SGCMs.Then this paper generalizes the hardware design of the controller of the SGCMGs and designs control algorithm to do simulation experiment to verify the correctness of the control algorithm.
