At present,the degree of population aging in our country is constantly deepening,a huge old product market are brought by the encouragement of policy and the tide of aging.Due to the weakening of the muscle strength and the aging of the joints,the elderly will encounter inconveniences in daily exercise.In this paper,we do some research on the three steps of upstairs,sit down,and get up for the elderly with lower limbs.But the development of assistive devices in domestic market is vert slow,unable to meet the current market demand for the elderly’s assistive devices.The EXOSKELETON technology is now maturing by the development of nearly 60 years,after a reasonable design can be used for the technology innovation of the elderly’s assistive devices in the domestic market so as the development of elderly’s assistive device to provide a new possibility.Through the cooperation with Chongqing Newplan Design Co.,Ltd.,the author has carried out the strategic planning and attribute definition of the products envisioned in this paper from the perspective of commercial development.The author from the early literature and finishing to the elderly in Chongqing community,service stations and the elderly university field research to obtain desktop research data,.Found that leg discomfort in the upstairs,and sit down and get up these three aspects of the puzzle of target groups,and then from the old university to extract some of the elderly to have a focus interviews to find the user’s most real pain points,finally focus on the corresponding requirements and corresponding solutions.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to use exoskeleton technology to solve such problems as "upstairs difficult","sitting down" and "getting up difficult",and the corresponding research and demonstration are also carried out here.After a clear design objectives,with the People’s Liberation Army Logistics Engineering Institute of technical personnel for technical handover,then,transform they existing passive exoskeleton technology.To optimize andredesign the structure and appearance,and to verify the feasibility of the scheme through continuous experiments.After the conclusion of the passive exoskeleton program,the author reached a cooperation with Chongqing Jacobi Technology Co.,to design and build a more consistent with the content of the research---active exoskeleton auxiliary system for lower limbs in the elderly.And recorded in the text of the active prototype of the build and test process,and obtain the corresponding data and conclusions.On this basis,combined with the previous research results to design the product with a more productive way.In this paper,the author through the collaborative innovation way will refer to the exoskeleton technology use for the elderly assistive device’s development,it has a certain experimental.Trying to make up for the elderly’s passive and active assistive device market vacancy.Through repeated experiments on Exoskeleton Technology and in-depth user research,finally put forward the corresponding solution.Make it can not only meet the physiological needs of users,but also meet the psychological needs of the elderly.And make up the traditional elderly assistive device lack of design sense and human touch defects,finally proposed a new solution for the elderly lower limb assist.
