As the "city lifeline engineering”,urban water supply network system is an important guarantee of normal life and production.Besides,for the normal operation of cities and urban construction,it is also the indispensable and basic conditions.However,due to the water pollution,pipeline leakage and the high energy consumption,the economic and social environment benefit of water supply has been become worse and worse.Therefore,a period in the future,it is very necessary to promote the service levels and economical benefit of water supply in new-type urbanization.Based on the background mentioned above,this article proposed a new partitioned water supply method in the perspective of improving the quality of water service.The paper includes the main contents as follows:(1)Detailed discusses and analysis of water supply pipe network hydraulic model.With the improvement of scientific and technological,hydraulic model has also been continuously deepened and improved.For example,hydraulic model has been developed from static to dynamic,and from macroscopic to microcosmic.Consequently,the simulative results of the model could be richer and more accurate.For the current several kinds of hydraulic modeling software,this paper compared and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,respectively.The steps of building hydraulic model were summarized.Then,the WaterGems hydraulic modeling software from Bentley Company was applied to set up a small hydraulic model.(2)Network partition management using the community partition method and practical optimum partition method.Community partition is a convenient and effective clustering partition method.But this method does not consider the actual operation of the network.In order to improve the reasonability of the partitioning scheme,it is imperative to conduct proper boundary adjustment of the blocks,according to the city natural boundary,waterworks' water supply line,and administrative districts,etc.In this way,the hydraulic operation of network could be more reasonable.(3)Evaluation and analysis of partition scheme's simulative results using hydraulic model.Hydraulic model can be used for the production running of water supply enterprise,on the other hand,it also can be used for auxiliary design of network's reforming scheme.When the hydraulic model was used for the design of network's reforming scheme,its main function is the simulation of the reforming scheme,therefore,obtaining the generated influence of the scheme on the pipe network in the prior to the implementation.Partitioning scheme was simulated using the hydraulic model.Then,the parameters such as node's pressure,pipe flow and node's age were evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of blocking management scheme was analyzed.
