Research And Application Of Construction Technology Of Roller Compacted Concrete Double Curvature Arch Dam

This paper mainly introduces the construction experience and research results of RCC Double Curvature Arch Dam,also briefly introduces the application results and the direction of development of RCC dam construction technology at home and abroad,and the relevant key technologies of the RCC arch dam in detailed research and summary.The combination technology of double curvature arch dam and roller compacted concrete is a great progress in water conservancy and Hydropower industry.The arch dam with its reasonable structure,beautiful shape,high safety,less engineering quality of dam engineering but many RCC,because of its relatively low cost,relatively short duration,the amount of cement is relatively small but many engineering material selection.A combination of the double arch dam construction and compacted concrete,many technical problems need to be solved,such as mix selection,adverse geological foundation treatment,temperature control measures,shape control measures and rapid construction technology are the key technologies to control the project safety,quality and progress,but also decide the success or failure of key technology project.In order to realize the combination of theory and practice research,this article collected the related construction and the RCC Double Curvature Arch Dam construction projects large,deep analysis from various technical problems encountered in solving the engineering case,from discovering and analyzing the problems to solve the problem until the application are introduced in this paper.Through the practice of some projects,the study of some of the completion of the construction of the study,a number of key technologies have a deeper understanding of the new project also provides empirical theoretical and practical knowledge.The article starts from theory of knowledge,from the development of roller compacted concrete as the starting point,combined with the engineering project has been built,under construction and completion as the basis,basically show the very comprehensive study of key construction technology of roller compacted concrete and application.In a certain sense,the article is a combination of theory and practice of technical papers for engineering and technical personnel to learn and exchange.
