Inter-city Passenger Comprehensive Transport Service Level Evaluation Index Selection Research

With the construction of China's integrated transportation system has been basically completed,comprehensive transportation construction focus to rational allocation of comprehensive transportation resources,improved the quality of travel and efficiency of comprehensive transportation services in " the 13 th Five-Year plan" period.Comprehensive transportation services are the future development trend.In the process of comprehensive transportation services development,the evaluation of the level of comprehensive transportation services,and thus provide services to improve and optimize the decision-making basis,is very important and very basic one thing.While the evaluation of the level of comprehensive transportation services,the selection of indicators is essential and crucial.At present,the evaluation indicators are mostly from the supply point of view to evaluate the comprehensive transport system construction in a variety of modes of transportation infrastructure coordination and convergence level indicators,passenger travel demand in the passenger transport services in the leading role is not given enough attention.For this,this paper from the passenger demand,used the intercity passenger travel as the object of study,cleared the passengers in the intercity travel in all aspects of the required services,and then adopted a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to choice indicators which reflect the level of passenger services.This paper took the level of intercity passenger transport service as the research object,divided the intercity passenger travel process into "city traffic+ inter-city traffic+ city traffic" three travel stages by using the system analysis theory,based on the analysis and research the present situation of domestic and foreign relevant status quo.From the intercity travel decision-making process,this paper summarized the factors that affected the decision-making of passenger travel,and clarified the different needs of the intercity passenger travel process.The required services for intercity travelers are divided into four areas: information services,ticketing services,travel services and the whole process of perception.The paper chose the factors that can reflect the satisfaction of the transportation demand of the 24 index,established the primaries index system.And then used the principal component analysis to eliminate the overlap of information indicators to determine the weight of each index,as a gray correlation analysis of the reference sequence,the calculation of relevance,selected the high degree of relevance indicators as an important index.Finally,the paper randomly selected "Xi'an-Beijing" 24 by the different modes of transport constitute the intercity passenger travel chain,combined with the actual data,selected the important index set {punctuality rate,ticket convenience,channel transfer time,the number of tickets,passenger satisfaction,information accuracy,running time,transfer times}.The selected indicators can comprehensively reflect the convenience and efficiency of intercity travel process,the smoothness of various modes of transport.The results confirmed that the established index system are rational and practical.
