The main burner is one of the key assembly and the most important heat input assembly in an asphalt mixer equipment.It turns the chemical energy of fuel into heat,drying the cold aggregate to the appropriate temperature,make the cold aggregate prepare to mix with asphalt.The production quality,production efficiency,energy consumption and the level of environmental protection are directly decisioned by the stability of the burner,combustion efficiency and emissions of the merits.With China's increasing emphasis on environmental protection,the industry on environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction have put forward higher requirements.As more clear than other traditional fules such as coal and oil,natural gas has been widely used.In this paper,the main gas burner of asphalt mixer equipment is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of its combustion mode,stable flame mechanism and flame stabilization method,the classification and characteristics of the wind distribution form,the main parameters of the air conditioner and its impact of the flame was discussed.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the relevant test scheme was designed,the laboratory test and field test were carried out.The experimental results show that:(1)The main characteristic parameters of the advection type air conditioner are related to the geometrical dimensions of the air blower itself.Resistance coefficient,primary air coefficient are also related with the other dimensions of the burner.The greater the swirl strength,the more stable the flame.The smaller the resistance coefficient,the more the air will be blowed.(2)The combination of the oblique blunt body and the swirl plate will make the flame to be squeezed by the airflow at the roar of the burner,so that the flame becomes thinner and the rigidity of the flame will be enhanced.And the air flow at the roar compressed the air from the nozzle in the combustion chamber The injection angle was increased(3)In the same situation with the wind system,As the blower increases the wind,the rotation of the flame will be increase;large diameter,high cyclone intensity of the swirl plate will make the air at the roar of the burner squeezed,make the flame thinner,and the rigid of the flame will be increased.(4)At the spout of the swirl burner,the fuel and the air flow are strongly mixed,making the combustion complete and produce a short coarse flame.The thermal efficiency is higher than that of an advection burner with the same outer diameter of the center swirl plate,which without the outer ring vortex blades.
