The performance indexes of asphalt concrete are obtained through laboratory tests,in order to obtain the asphalt concrete specimens for the test,it is obtained by mixing the mixture and asphalt according to the design of the mixture.For a long time,most of the mixer used in the laboratory is vertical shaft mixer,while large asphalt mixer station configuration are basically double horizontal shaft forced mixer.There are significant differences in the structure parameters,mixing characteristics and material flow modes,the test results of the vertical shaft mixer can not accurately reflect the actual situation of the finished product of the mixing plant in the construction site.There is some deviation in the guidance construction.In order to be able to approach the relevant parameters of the mixing process in the engineering site,the purpose of this paper is to study the asphalt mixture twin shaft compulsory mixer for laboratory,to simulate the performance of asphalt concrete mixing equipment in the construction site so that conduct research on related performance.This article mainly from the twin shaft compulsory mixer structure and work characteristics,mixing mechanism and mixing tasks,the mixing process simulation,laboratory mixer design calculation and stirring device simulation and dynamic analysis of several aspects of in-depth study.Based on the introduction of twin shaft mixer working characteristics and working principle,in this paper,the influence of the structure parameters and the motion parameters on the mixing quality is discussed.The working parameters of mixer are determined,finally,ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the static analysis of the mixing device to ensure the rationality of the design.
