Environmental pollution and energy shortages have become two major challenges in restricting the development of the automobile industry.Research and development of energy-saving,environmentally friendly means of transport has been related to the country’s sustainable development.Battery electric vehicles with zero emissions,low noise,easy to control,etc.,is gradually becoming the future direction of the development of the automobile industry.It is one of the effective ways to save energy and reduce emission in the field of transportation,is the most ideal means of transport in the future.Due to the low energy density of the power battery,the stored power is limited,which restricts the driving range of the pure electric vehicle,and improves the driving range as the main design goal by optimizing the parameters of the drive system and optimizing the parameters of the power train.For this reason,this paper combined the analysis of the parameters matching and optimization of the dynamic system,considered the parameter matching,performance simulation platform construction and parameter optimization as the full focus.According to the requirements of battery electric vehicle performance design indicators,we carried out the initial match and selection of parameters to meet the target of the dynamic performance and driving range indicators.We adopted the two-speed gearbox as the transmission mode,and put forward the comprehensive shift control strategy considering dynamics performance and economic performance.Based on ADVISOR software,the vehicle simulation model was established,and the parameters of the preliminary matching were simulated and verified.Generally,for the study of transmission ratio optimization,the dynamics performance is treated as a constraint,and the economic performance is treated as the goal to optimize the ratio,which is mainly to take into account the extension of driving range.In order to make the pure electric vehicle take into account the dynamics performance and economic performance,this paper established the two-objective optimization function of the dynamics performance and economic performance,and used the genetic algorithm to optimize the transmission ratio.The simulation results indicated that energy consumption in the unit mileage was decreased by 5%,the start acceleration time was reduced by 6%.The dynamics performance and economic performance of the vehicle have been improved better.The simulation results showed that the performance of the vehicle was in accordance with the design requirements,and the validity of the two-speed transmission development scheme was verified from the simulation.Through the optimization of the transmission ratio,the dynamics performance and economic performance of the battery electric vehicle had been improved and improved obviously.Therefore,the optimization of the transmission ratio is of great significance to the selection of the dynamic system parameters of the battery electric vehicle.
