Along with the increasingly concern about the shortage of energy and the pollution of the environment, pure electric vehicles have been developed for its benefit of zero emission and low noise. Many countries make electric vehicles as the development direction of automobile industry.In recent years, although there are many countries which have launched large manpower and material to study electric vehicles, dynamic battery and certain key techniques have not been brought through effectively up to now.The range and charging time of battery limited popularization and development of electric vehicles. Therefore how to select these parts and relational parameters reasonably, makes the matching achieve optimal. At the same battery conditions, makes the electric vehicle meet the request of dynamic performance and increases the range, which is the goal people studied, then which is the important content of the papers.In this thesis, based on some type of EV as research object. According to the power-train requirement of electric vehicle,considering the dynamics of the vehicle, the key parameters of power-train including motor parameters, battery parameters, transmission ratio ,transmission gear several choice and so on, which are designed and matched. Utilizing the simulation soft of ADVISOR to build the simulation models about the battery, the motor, the power-train, the vehicle body and soon. According to the requirement of the electric vehicle dynamic performance, acceleration ability, maximum speed, climbing performance, cruising range are simulated. The results indicate that the choice of power- train parameters can satisfy the requirement.The thesis based on the whole EVS performance requirements, transmission ratio is optimized again. Making comparative to the simulation of vehicle performance before and after the optimization.Through the transmission ratio and parameter optimization, maximum grad ability raised 6.3%, cruising range under the conditions of constant travel raised 6.5%.In order to test power-train system efficiency, power-train experiment is conducted .The efficiency is obtained by the formula to calculate the experimental data. The results satisfy the requirements of power-train efficiency.In this paper, research on Electric Vehicle Power-train System Parameter Matching and Simulation provide the theoretical basis, technical reference and research methods for the development of pure electric vehicles and the Power-train System which can satisfy the vehicles ' performance.
