With the continuous improvement of requirements in energy saving and emission reduction,how to reduce building energy consumption has become more and more important.In the traditional central heating,the correlation is carried out only from the outdoor temperature,the level of water supply or return temperature.Staff for the central heating system is often carried out indoor temperature unstable,so as to achieve the fine adjustment of heating system,to find out when the heating system,the number of rules,need to take into account the outdoor temperature,solar radiation,wind speed and other factors for the fine adjustment.In this paper,the theoretical model and the large data were used to study the relationship between the solar radiation and the time.First,according to the Solar radiation collection data from typical city to classify the weather conditions.Then,use the theoretical calculation model to calculate and prove the veracity of the daily Solar radiation and based on the daily model to calculate the hourly Solar radiation.Estimating the contribution rate of hourly solar radiation we can get the influence of solar radiation on the temperature of the secondary suppling water and we get the conclusion that the hourly solar radiation model can effectively predict the solar radiation.Through the research of the outdoor air temperature model during the day and night,we can find the change regulation of the Outdoor temperature.According to the model and the actual data,the outdoor air temperature,night variation law is analyzed.Combining building thermal characteristics and People's daily routine,we divide the adjusting phase of the Heat exchange station.So that we can improve the energy efficiency and ensure the people's thermal comfort.In the study of the wind speed,according to a typical heat transfer station history data,applicating control variable method,we find out the relationship between the wind speed and the indoor temperature in the five kinds of datas,indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,solar radiation,wind speed,water temperature,we fit the formula.Finally,we get the conclusion that if the wind speed is below five,it has little effect on indoor temperature changing.It prepares for the curve of the heat exchange station comprehensive adjustment.After data filtering,according to the date of the typical heat exchange station from 2014 to 2015 the entire heating season,we draw the three dimensional mapping of indoor temperature,supplied water temperature or the average of supplied water temperature and returned water temperature,outdoor temperature,indoor temperature and fit the curve between the temperature of the supplied water or the average temperature of the supplied and returned water when indoor temperature is unchanged.And in accordance with the timing phase heat transfer station operation regulation,according to the water temperature or the heat transfer station for the average temperature and outdoor air temperature regulation curve,combined with the influence of solar radiation,wind speed,calculation of the heat exchange station timing adjustment curve based on meteorological parameters prediction in the next day of each period,and then guide the operation regulation.Finally,the dominant adjustment of the average temperature is more favorable to the stability of the heating system,but the two adjustment methods are based on the premise of the comfort of the human body.So both of them reach the goal of the fine adjustment.
