At present,China has a large demand for central heating,which consumes a largeamount of coal and electricity every year.According to 2014 statistics,China's central heating energy consumption averages 20 to 25 kg of standard coal/m2,while Europe's 10 to 15 kg of standard coal./ m2[1].It can be seen that China's central heating energy consumption is twice as high as that of European countries with the same latitude and even higher latitudes.The White Paper on China's Regional Heating,released in early 2018,pointed out that district heating systems should be developed to be automated and intelligent.At present,the optimization of heating system is mainly concentrated in three aspects: 1.Improve the combustion efficiency of heat source and prolong the service life of the equipment;2.Precise control of the heat exchange station system,timely adjust the temperature or flow,and reduce the waste of heat in the extensive management mode;User behavior is energy efficient,heating on demand,no additional waste of heat.For the optimal configuration and regulation of the central heating system in the boiler room,the optimization design and control technology of the combustion system has received widespread attention.For example,the fan frequency conversion technology,the chain frequency conversion coal technology,and the furnace negative pressure control technology have been widely applied.Effectively improve the efficiency of the combustion system,but the research and development process in China's heat metering and intelligent regulation is slow.Therefore,in view of this situation,this paper mainly studies the intelligent regulation of heat exchange stations,and analyzes the intelligent transformation of a district heating system.The research contents are as follows:a.Intelligent control of the heat exchange station can be realized through the mobile phone APP.Based on the mature development of wireless network and mobile APP intelligent control technology,firstly,the requirements of various data,control functions,operation logic,etc.that the heat exchanger station administrator needs to view are described,and then the requirements are programmed into the mobile APP function page.Based on the hardware configuration of the heat exchange station,the functions of the APP are connected with the heat exchange station through wireless network communication technology support.b.A functional module that realizes intelligent regulation of the heat exchange station.These modules include: 1 data communication function module,the operation data of the heat exchange station is sent to the gateway by the transmitter connected to each device,and thenstored in the server for the mobile APP to read at any time;2 the administrator mobile phone APP can Modify the operating parameters,pass the server to the gateway,and finally pass to the controller connected to each device of the heat exchange station to control the operation of the heat exchange station;3 The functions of the client APP are realized by the server and the acquisition calculator,allowing the administrator APP End access,control all functions of the client.c.Empirical value acquisition method.This paper focuses on the study of temperature regulation and improves the accuracy of regulation.The heat exchange station collects the outdoor temperature in real time.For the changing temperature signal,it is necessary to select the reasonable variation value floating range and the corresponding control action range.This paper uses the control algorithm and determines the outdoor temperature value and the actual case after the actual case is run and debugged.The secondary network water supply temperature value correspondence table,the secondary network water supply temperature change value range and the primary valve opening value correspondence table,and the data is entered into the programming,so that the temperature regulation is automatically operated according to the program to ensure a safer and smoother operation of the heating system.
