Marine relays can control and protect the electric-drive equipments and power systems automatically.It can directly influence the safety and stability of the vessels or facilities.The environmental conditions in the oceans are much poorer than that on the land,the harmful external conditions may affect the reliability of the relays.This paper studied the degradation law of performance parameters of electromagnetic relays under different vibration states.This paper focuses mainly on the following three aspects: firstly,based on the analysis of the performance parameters and operation characteristic,this paper put forward a kind of experiment scheme combined with the action feature and the relevant experiment standard.The experiment scheme included the selection of vibration excitation conditions,preparation and installation of the samples,experimental procedure and so on.Secondly,the test device was designed,and the performance parameters such as the time constant of the coil,pull-in time,release time and bounce time were detected.Thirdly,the experiments were carried out and the data was analyzed to obtain the influence of the vibration on the performance parameters of marine relays. |
