| In recent years,with the development of the integrated circuit and micro electric-mechanical technology,the demand for portable electronics has been spreading speedily.The wireless devices are usually designed to run on batteries,however,the traditional electrochemical battery can no longer meet the needs of advanced sensing technology due to its service life and environmental pollution and other issues.Therefore,the devices need new alternative power to replace the traditional electrochemical battery.To date,the researches on vibration energy harvesting based on piezoelectric and electromagnetic conversion mechanisms have received increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the energy conversion technology of piezoelectric and magnetic spring is studied respectively.Based on the advantage of the two technologies,this paper presents a novel piezoelectric vibration-powered generator with a magnetic spring.This paper mainly studies the piezoelectric energy harvesting technique and the application field and process of piezoelectric materials history.Besides,introduce the positive piezoelectric effect and inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric power generation.By comparing piezoelectric parameters of piezoelectric ceramic materials,we presents influence factor of piezoelectric materials.After building the theoretical model and setting the material parameters,we simulated the piezoelectric energy harvester.This paper focuses on the theory research and simulation analysis of electromagnetic energy harvesting technology.In theory,we made an analysis of the energy conversion technology of electromagnetic.Through the permanent magnetic materials,which are used in this experiment,establish the corresponding mathematical model and analyze the characteristics,we simulated the electromagnetic part of the proposed configuration.In addition,it analyses the generation theory of piezoelectric energy harvesting technology.We designed a piezoelectric energy harvesting device with magnetic spring on this basis,made a real configuration and experimented on it and compared the output voltage of device which the end of the cantilever beam placed quality block and placed magnetic spring respectively.Experimental results show that the voltage of the novel piezoelectric vibration-powered device with a magnetic spring is increased by 30% andhas better power performance. |
