Test Equipment And Technology Of Measuring And Controlling For Control Circuit Device

Control circuit device is an kind of electrical device used for controlling,signal indicator and chain in the switchgear and control equipment.It is widely used in control and distribution system.The test of control circuit device is to verify its operating performance capacity,and it is an important method to ensure the quality and performance of the control circuit device.In this paper,the test and control technology of the control circuit device is studied,and the test device of the contactor is developed with the example of the contactor auxiliary contact.The device based on industrial control machine can be used in electrical test and mechanical test for the auxiliary contact of the contactor.In hardware setup,according to the test power,load and other requirements mentioned in the national standard,the main circuit is designed;the drive circuit which is controlled by solid state relay is designed to close or open the contactor;the monitoring circuit of the contacts status is designed based on the PCL-818 HG to detect voltage and current during the electrical test.In software design,the system software of the device is developed based on Visual Basic with modular design method;it can set test parameters,debug the test device and control the life test process automatically;The modules of analog input and test running are mainly researched.The errors caused by asynchronous sampling and multi-channel sampling are analyzed,and the solutions are provided;The numerical analysis method is studied to realize the calculation of the RMS value of voltage,current,power,power factor,the arcing time and the Joule energy.The test device of the contactor developed in this paper can diagnose the faults of the contactor auxiliary contact automatically.Because of high degree of automation and easily operation,it is the ideal test device for the test station.
