At present,Electrical motor is the most widely used power equipment.Intelligent motor protector plays an important role in the protective field of motor with its excellent characteristics.However,with the compactness of the integration circuit,the rapidity of signal processing and the complexity of environment,the electromagnetic compatibility issues of intelligent motor protector is highlighted.If the electromagnetic compatibility issues were considered and the measures were taken at the beginning of the design,the best effect would be gotten.So it is very important to study on the electromagnetic compatibility technology of intelligent motor protector.Firstly,the electromagnetic characteristics of the typical intelligent motor protector were analyzed in detail.Based on the performance of function modules understood,the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of the electromagnetic interference sources were studied and the reasons were discussed.The transmission path and the sensitive equipment were analyzed deeply.In addition,the electromagnetic compatibility radiation model of PCB was established and the characteristics of the differential mode radiation and the common mode radiation were analyzed.Secondly,simulation method of intelligent motor protector was studied deeply.The electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of PCB were analyzed.The PCB simulation model was established by using Altium Designer and Ansoft Designer.The simulation calculation methods of electrical and magnetic field radiation were discussed.By combination of the matrix method,the mixed potential integral equation and the radiation equation,induced current intensity and near field radiation pattern were acquired in different frequency with adding interference.The influence on the electromagnetic compatibility of the main factors was analyzed.Finally,the electromagnetic compatibility test of the intelligent motor protector was finished.With the laboratory condition,the test scheme of the electromagnetic compatibility was established and test system was set up.The electromagnetic compatibility test was carried on and the radiation data of the magnetic field was acquired.By data analysis,the correctness of the simulation was verified by comparing the test results with the simulation results. |
