It has an important value for the permanent magnet vibration generating device collecting the commonly existing inexhaustible energy of vibration in natural environment.The process of the vibration energy converted to electric energy is deeply analyzed and experimentally studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for its engineering application.The structure and the magnetic field of the permanent magnet generators are designed and analyzed with the theory of electromagnetic field,including the spring picking,E type magnetic yoke spring picking and pole shoe magnetic yoke spring picking mode generator.The EMF of the three vibration generators are analyzed by using FEM in the vibration process;Magnetic force is fitted by cubic polynomial for the electromechanical coupling analysis,and coefficient of determination is up to 0.9976.The system models of the two types generator s are established.The vibration law is described by the mass spring damping single degree system model,the equivalent circuit model is also established based on the circuit law.The output voltage and mechanical conversion efficiency are analyzed;the calculation program is compiled to simulate the generator.Simulation results show that the mover's displacement and output EMF have obvious harmonic due to the nonlinear magnetic force.The relationship between the effective value of generator voltage with frequency and amplitude is also explored.Electric energy processing circuit is designed to make the AC voltage to be rectified,filtered and stored.The prototype of the vibration generators and the electric circuit board are designed to collect the vibration energy and reduce the energy consumption in the conversion process,the 300 kg electric type vibration table,oscilloscope,vibration test instrument are combined to test the vibration generator,which verify the mechanical and electrical coupling law;The circuit compaction is tested combined with the generator when the rated load voltage of 5V,rated power respectively 3W,5W incandescent lamp;The experimental results show that the vibration power generation system can be applied in engineering.
