With the development of science and technology,people found that the influence of environmental factors on the reliability of the equipment and human comfort is more and more remarkable,so the research of environmental simulation technology and related equipment is necessary.The temperature is one of the most important factors in the simulation parameters.In this paper,a high and low temperature simulation test chamber is studied,and design a new type of closed air circulation system.The temperature response of the system is analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the main contents include the following several parts:(1)Through the collection and analysis of a large number of literature,this paper introduces the history and development of environmental simulation technology and environmental testing equipment,based on the analysis of the research contents of the high and low temperature environmental test chamber,the design and research work of a large and low temperature environment simulation cabin is carried out.(2)According to the design requirements,the material selection and thickness calculation of the test cabin structure and the insulation structure are carried out,and the wall thickness of the test chamber is verified by MSC/PATRAN software.According to the structure and use environment of the test cabin,the thermal load and the thickness of the insulation layer were calculated.(3)A closed air circulation refrigeration system based on electric compressor is designed according to the thermal environment of the test cabin.According to the system,the refrigeration and heating scheme is put forward.And the performance parameters of each component in the system are matched and calculated.On this basis,the thermal simulation model of the system is established.(4)The thermal analysis and calculation of closed air cycle refrigeration system were carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the dynamic response of the system during the cooling and heating process in two kinds of States,including ground and high altitude,is simulated.And the influence of the thickness of the insulation layer on the system performance was also analyzed.The results show that the closed air circulation refrigeration system can meet the requirements of refrigeration and heating.
