Gas turbine is widely used in aviation,navigation,power generation and other fields currently.It is necessary to develop the corresponding controller to meet the control demands of different gas turbines.Distributed control system is the development trend of gas turbine control system,the research of distributed control system and the design of controller in distributed architecture are the emphases of this paper.A marine gas turbine is token as the controlled object of this paper.By using the modular design method,the CAN bus is selected as the control bus of distributed control system.The intelligent speed acquisition node and intelligent electronic controller of fuel control are designed to accomplish the distributed control system.Intelligent speed acquisition node takes a single ARM chip as the calculation module.Acquisition,conditioning and analysis of speed signal,fault detection,communication and other functions are integrated in the intelligent node,and the anti-interference ability of intelligent speed acquisition node is eNhanced through the optimization of hardware and software.Intelligent electronic fuel control controller uses a dual channel CPU+CPLD architecture,improves the fault tolerance ability of controller with limited hardware spending.Finally,combine the interface simulator with gas turbine model,build a complete hardware in loop experiment platform,and realizes fuel open-loop control and closed-loop control of high pressure rotor speed,low pressure rotor speed and power turbine speed,start and stop process control and loading process control.In the course of the experiment,the nonlinear characteristics of gas turbine is explored and an appropriate control algorithm is selected.The experimental results show that the designed control system can collect and process the key signals and control the operation of the gas turbine,and lay a solid foundation for engineering application in the next step.
