| Electric power steering system not only turns lightly at low speed,but handles stably at high speed.It has advantages in dynamical characteristics,maneuvering stability and fuel economy,which is consistent with safety,energy saving and environmental protection in modern automobile development.It has been the major developing direction of the car's steering system nowadays.The EPS platform is necessary for the research of EPS.It can be used to do steering performance tests and debug steering system,and avoid the dangerous and harsh environmental requirements of the real vehicle tests.The addition of hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology enables the EPS platform to be used in the development of EPS controller and the simulation analysis of vehicle steering stability test,which can provide the reference for the evaluation of vehicle performance and the development of new products.So this topic has the practical significance.In this paper,the visual platform and the communication system are added to the EPS platform,and then the overall framework of the EPS hardware-in-the-loop virtual simulation platform is built.According to the vehicle dynamic model,the dynamic equations are established.Refer to the parameters of Jeep and GB/T 6323-2014,the vehicle model and test-field model are established with MultiGen Creator.The visual roaming drive is established by Vega.And the visual platform is designed with Vega based on MFC.The communication scheme is formulated based on communication tasks.The signal connections of PCI2306 card and PCI1784 card are established respectively.Front panel and communication program of PCI are designed with LabVIEW.Refer to GB/T 6323-2014,steering portability test and serpentine test are done in EPS hardware-in-the-loop virtual simulation platform.And then the real-time visual images are got,and the test data and the test curve are analyzed,then it is verified that the EPS hardware-in-the-loop virtual simulation platform meets the design requirements. |
