Integral components represented by integral diffuser are one of the core parts of aeroengine,it will be widely applied in aeroengine because of its performance and reliability.However,due to its complex structure and difficult-to-machining material,integral components machining is one of the hot issues in the field of advanced manufacturing technology.Electrochemical machining(ECM)has obvious advantages in the field of integral components machining and becomes one of the main methods in manufacture of integral components because of mechanical properties independence,high machining efficiency,tool cathode without loss,no machining deformation of workpiece.In this paper,the research object was the constant-section blade and trepaning ECM was employed as the machining method.The finite element simulation and basic experimental study were carried out,finally the integral diffuser was worked out.Specific work was carried out as follows :(1)O-shape flow mode was proposed.The flow field simulation was carried out and reasonable flow parameters were obtained.Experiment were carried and the results showed that when Q=4.5m3/h,the feed speed of the cathode was 4mm/min and the roughness of blade was Ra 1.216?m.(2)The fixture of using closed area was developed.Experiments were carried out under the condition pulsed current.After adopting the pulsed current,blade repeatability was decreased from0.077 mm to 0.033 mm,and blade roughness was reduced from Ra 1.216?m to Ra 0.876?m.(3)A O-shape flow mode was applied to machine axial blade of the integral difusser.In the machining process,under the precision control of the electrolyte concentration,temperature,pressure,flow,processing voltage,feed rate and other process parameters,integral diffuser with eighty eight axial blade was developed.Machining time of electrochemical machining was about 240 min,which reached a high processing efficiency.
