With the development and practice of Industry 4.0,the logistics industry is moving in the direction of Integration,Information and Intelligence,and the traditional storage equipment is undergoing major changes.Automatic container is a new type of automated storage equipment,its outstanding advantage is to make full use of space height,improving the utilization of space on the ground.At present,for small and complex cargo storage management,foreign countries have more mature automatic container products,but the price is very high.Domestic products related to independent research and development has also started.However,for flexible storage of large and medium-sized containers,domestic and foreign are still lack of mature products.To this end,this paper go to another way,combined with the advantages of stacker and automatic container developed for a high-bit heavy-duty container storage of intelligent three-dimensional container.In the structural design of the intelligent three-dimensional container,in view of the storage requirements of the high-position heavy-duty container and taking into account the difficulties of the existing corrugated plate load-bearing wall component manufacturing and processing difficulties,access vehicle positioning accuracy requirements and limited carrying capacity,The structure of the new container is designed.The tray support structure,the four-point chain hoisting mechanism and the pallet fork shifting mechanism are designed.The structure is optimized based on ANSYS to improve the whole rigidity.Specially designed a double guide wheel with high-strength guide-oriented structure,to solve the lift truck to withstand heavy load after the fork cantilever tilt problem.Intelligent three-dimensional container control system using PC + DSP architecture.In this paper,the S-type multi-stage acceleration and deceleration control scheme and the vertical motion pulse position detection method are proposed to ensure the fastness,smoothness and accuracy of the access vehicle.The signal processing circuit of the encoder,the tray position status detection circuit,the access vehicle running safety detection circuit and so on,and the redundant control scheme of the two-way sensor is proposed to ensure the high reliability of the motion process;DSP motion control In the Visual Studio environment,the use of C # language development based on the Windows system of storage and management of human-computer interaction software,to achieve the access to the goods,the realization of the automatic return to zero,tray status detection and motor closed-loop positioning control functions;Visual monitoring of the process.
