Cockpit air micro-environment mainly refers to the pressure and temperature of the cockpit.The cockpit air micro-environment plays a vital role in the pilot's ability to efficiently and accurately perform the intended task.Cockpit air micro-environment has a direct impact on the pilot's breathing,human metabolism and sendible temperature.A good cockpit air micro-environment,both to ensure the basic survival of the pilot needs,but also improve the comfort of the pilots during the implementation of the task,reduce the fatigue in the process of task execution,so as to improve the efficiency of the pilot's task execution.This paper is based on the simulated flight experiments,the pilot's physiological parameters and performance task indicators were combined to construct the evaluation model of the pilot's working efficiencyIn this paper,the following research work is carried out:(1)The airworthiness standards related to the air micro-environment were collected and summarized,the differences between these standards were compared.The physiological and psychological effects of the pressure and temperature on the pilots are analyzed,and the physiological and psychological mechanism of the pilots' working efficiency are given.Based on theoretical and criterion research,a multi-factor influencing model of pilots' working efficiency was estabilished.(2)Pilots' working efficiency is affected by many factors.this paper combined with the typical pilots' task execution model to give the evaluation index.Based on the simulation flight program,the experiment was carried out under different conditions of temperature and pressure in the environment simulation cabin to record the subjects' evaluation value,physiological parameter value and performance task score.(3)The experimental data were processed by SPSS,Based on the principle of statistics,the subjective evaluation index,the physiological parameter index and the performance task index under different air conditions were analyzed.Based on the BP neural network,The physiological parameters of the subjects are taken as inputs and the performance task indicators are taken as outputs.The pilot working efficiency model is constructed.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the evaluation model.
