With the rapid development of aerospace technology,the requirement of the spacecraft control technology become more and more high.Therefore,the air bearing table experimental system is a kind of low cost,high precision,long working time and no space size and weight limit of the simulation method that is highly valued.Three-axis air bearing table levitate the flotation bench by forming a layer of high pressure gas film,so as to realize the three approximate friction-less rotational freedom,and simulate friction-less environment in space.However,due to the irregular structure of the air bearing table,the mass center and rotation center are not coincident.And it is existing gravity disturbance torque because of that.It also seriously affects the simulation precision of the air bearing table.So we need to design a system that can adjust the center of mass and realize the balance adjustment of the air bearing table.And because of the elastic deformation of the air bearing table,the center of mass of the air bearing table is constantly "drifting".In order to improve the simulation accuracy of the air bearing table,it is urgent to analyze the law of the mass center' corresponding measures to cut deformation disturbance.Therefore,it is a significant study that develop a balancing technology of three axis air bearing table and analyzes its deformation of the structure.First of all,it is established the dynamics model of three axis air bearing table described by Euler angle in this paper which based on the theory of rigid body dynamics.And it is further studied the dynamic characteristics of air bearing table and the energy transfer and conversion process of air bearing table by simulation.So the error of estimation of mass center based on the compound pendulum model is analyzed in this paper,and the method is proposed based on the totally dynamic model.Then,combined with the theory of elastic mechanics,the air bearing table under different positions caused by the elastic deformation of the offset model is established.And further the model of disturbance torque caused by elastic deformation and the deformation disturbance moment is put forward.The way reducing the elastic slider compensation limit position is proposed.And the approach by the elastic compensation device to reduce the elastic deformation of disturbance torques is proposed.Later,the working principle and the function of the three axis air bearing table is analyzed in this paper,and the scheme of the construction of air bearing table under the constraint of the air bearing platform design requirements is put forward.The construction scheme is proposed in this paper based on the selection of hardware and developed software framework.And it sets up a whole 3D modeling of the three axis air bearing table by using Pro/E,and analyze the mass characteristics of air bearing table based by 3D model.Finally,the experiment of quality characteristic parameter measurement and the adjustment of the balance are carried out on the three axis air bearing table experimental system,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
