Thin-walled parts in the most difficult problem is how to control in the process of machining parts dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability.Affected parts size accuracy and stability is the main reason of the uneven distribution of internal stress and the size is different.Industrial heat treatment methods to eliminate residual stress components,parts easy to produce deformation of surface oxidation and the internal organization,this method is often accompanied by high energy consumption,environmental pollution problems;And another method is to eliminate residual stress vibration aging treatment method,this method is easy to make parts to produce extra fatigue damage,and in the parts clamping and operational aspects are complicated.This subject is to study a new method of eliminating residual stress of ferromagnetic parts,namely through the electromagnetic pulse technology to eliminate residual stress of a device.Through a special method of winding copper coils as electromagnetic pulse generator,build a coil of alternating pulse magnetic field.On 220 V intermediate frequency ac power in the coil,the coil produces alternating electromagnetic pulse magnetic field in the middle.Under the action of dynamic alternation pulse magnetic field and residual stress of bearing ring outside diameter size are changing to a certain extent.This change is powerful to prove the feasibility of this topic research.This paper designs the automatic bearing ring on the overall scheme of the electromagnetic pulse to stress device,using the 3 d drawing software AutoCAD andSolidWorks drawing 3 d part drawing of every parts and components,engineering drawing and 3 d assembly drawing,and the success of the manufacturing assembly parts,thus fully automatic bearing ring electromagnetic pulse to stress device was basically completed,the next is in debugging and the test of heavy and complicated industrial environment the device.The device to a mitsubishi FX1S-30 mt-001 type PLC as the control unit of the control system,this paper designed the device of electric control system and HMI human-machine interface,can for the auto bearing ring electromagnetic impulse to stress device production process automatic control and human-computer interaction.Analysis of test data can see,this topic developed fully automatic bearing ring electromagnetic pulse to stress device can effectively make parts residual stress relaxation,automation to eliminate residual stress.
