There will always be some residual stress in the parts when processed,which will be disadvantaged to the fatigue performance and life of the parts.Generally,heat treatment is used to eliminate the residual stress of the parts.However,the method has some weakness,for example,characteristics of long cycle,high energy consumption and adverse deformation.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more convenient and efficient method to eliminate stress.The magnetic treatment is getting to be popular to eliminate residual stress.The magnetic treatment major on single direction,however,the residual stress has multi direction,so this paper studied the method of composite magnetic stress mainly.The purpose of the research is to eliminate the residual stress,through the compound magnetic,and to reduce the residual stress which is in the bearing ring.Eventually,producing the device remove the stress.In this paper,the following is the main research involved contents and results about:(1)This paper discussed the concept of residual stress and introduced the method of measuring the residual stress which is on the part’s surface,including Incremental-Step Blind Hole Drilling Method and X ray diffraction method.Law of the distribution,based on the Maxwell simulation,is obtained about composite magnetic field intensity.(2)The Maxwell equations are given based on the flux integral and the integral of the ring.Some basic electromagnetic properties are derived by means of simple derivation.The influence of magnetic is main to research when the pulse inputs the part which has residual stress.(3)This thesis introduced the mechanism of magnetic pulse’s volatility and energy through the Maxwell’s equations,and discussed the mechanism of eliminating residual stress based on dislocation theory,and established the finite element model of the bearing ferrule using the tool of ANSYS.The experimental device was designed and tested for the bearing ring,after that obtaining the relevant process parameters of the magnetic processing device.The way can eliminate or reduce the impact on the parts effectively,improve production efficiency,reduce the residual stress from the production process.The method is feasible proved by theoretical analysis,finite element analysis and experimental data analysis,which lays the foundation for the future development of magnetic treatment.
