As a combating platform for equipment working on surface or underwater,warships are intensely vulnerable to be attacked by other sorts of anti-ship weapons meanwhile warships in the sea war are bound to face the different kinds of damage of impact of non-contact explosion.This paper pays attention to the remarkable topic which enhances the vitality and combat effectiveness of warships and how to effectively meliorates the impact of warships under the impact of water shocks,research the influence of acoustic cover on the ship's impact resistance and to protect the ship's vitality of the structure of warships.At present,there are three chief methods for the dynamic response of underwater explosion with acoustic cover structure,that is,analytic method,experimental method and numerical simulation method.As we all know,the process of instantaneous response for the ship under the explosion load belongs to a problem with large deformation and strong nonlinearity,due to the complexity of the underwater explosion problem involving the multidisciplinary basic subjects,it is more tricky that involves fluid mechanics,solid mechanics and structural mechanics and fluid-solid coupling problems.With the development of computer technology and numerical calculation technology,numerical simulation has become an effective way to study the impact resistance of ships in most countries.Therefore,this paper adopts the research method of the numerical simulation for the acoustic cover structure of the impact resistance for the in-depth study.The main research contents of this paper contain:(1)This paper introduced the superplastic model clearly and the prepared process of the experimental sample carefully and the experiment which carried out the uniaxial tensile test of the rubber material.(2)This paper proposed two kinds of different super elastic honeycomb coatings.The finite element simulation method was used to study mechanical properties of the composites and the compressive behavior under different initial loading,we summarized the dynamic response characteristics and macroscopic deformation modes,revealing the super elastic honeycomb coverage layer structure of the impact mechanism.(3)In order to study the influence of the impedance mismatch mechanism on the impact resistance of the acoustic cover structure under the underwater explosion,this paper made the comparison between the solid rubber coating and the rubber coating covered with cylindrical cavity.The results show that the impedance resistance of air does not match rubber's,which resulting in unevenly distribution of stress and interfering the spread of stress waves,however,it absorbs a certain amount of impact energy and plays a good role for anti-impact effect.(4)This paper conducted research that the impact characteristics of the six-ligament chiral honeycomb cover structure under underwater non-contact explosion and summarized the dynamic response characteristics and impact resistance of the cover structure.In addition,the density of different super elastic materials on the impact resistance of the cover structure was totally carefully analyzed,which aims to provide some reference for the material selection of ship impact design.
