| With the acceleration of urbanization process,the scale of subway construction project is increasing year by year.However,the construction security risk is high,and traditional construction safety management methods and means is backward,which caused all kinds of accidents,brought serious casualties and adverse social impact,the Subway construction safety problems need to be solved immediately.BIM and data acquisition technologies can improve the ability of date collection,integration and analyzing.Based on this,the paper takes subway station constructed by the cover-excavation method as background,established the construction safety management system of subway station based on BIM and its related technologies from the accident factors,to improve construction safety management level,the main content of the paper are:Firstly,through the literature review,it is clear that the construction safety problem solving idea and the current research insufficient.By analyzing the basic theory of construction safety management and the cover-excavation technology,Summed up the construction safety management problems and the technical difficulties.Furthermore,it discussed the characteristics and application of BIM and data acquisition technologies,explored its value in the construction safety management,get theoretical preparations for the following research.Secondly,Based on the analysis of the collection process,principles and methods of accidents for subway station constructed by the cover-excavation,155 cases of construction safety accidents were collected.From the practical point of view to explain the rules of the accident based on the data,and 16 main accident factors are analyzed by Pareto diagram.Then use the association rules to analyze the main factors of 11 types of accidents and the relationship between factors.It is proposed that the uncontrollable accident factors can be transformed into controllable factors to cut off the accident chain by the relationship between factors.Finally,the prevention strategy based on BIM technology is put forward.Thirdly,under the guidance of safety systems engineering theory,this paper established the construction safety management system of subway station based on BIM technologies,puts forward the functional requirements、construction principles and architecture of the system,elaborates the contents and structure of the data layer,the construction method of static model,dynamic model and functional model were presented,and designed the functional modules and application flow of the system.Finally,the key technology is deeply researched and analyzed to ensure the feasibility of theory and practice.Finally,a prototype was developed through C# language in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 software by calling Navisworks API,and a case was selected to illustrate the system application in site layout,construction simulation,risk identification and security module.It is verified that the system can improve the information level of the current construction safety management,so as to realize the automation and visualization of the construction safety management and reduce accidents. |
