With the increasing importance of the automobile in the modern life,the problem of automobile fire is more and more concerned by people.In recent years,the number of car fire in all parts of the country have an upward trend,the proportion of fire losses continue to increase,Losses and disputes are more and more complex.a series of studies are carried out to design and implement a vehicle fire alarm system to provide solutions to the problem.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)This paper analyzes the mechanism,characteristics and process of the vehicle fire,and on this basis,determines the characteristics of the fire detection.After that,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the system based on the project,and demonstrates the key performance index of the system.2)This paper analyzes the classical D-S evidence theory and puts forward the two methods of improving the classical D-S evidence theory: the improvement of the hybrid structure and the improvement of the trust distribution;Through the comparison of the threshold comparison model of the traditional automobile fire alarm system,the basic probability assignment function model of automobile fire characteristic based on Gaussian function is proposed.In the specific application,the combustion data of the car(Skoda)is collected in the actual environment as the original data of the study.Then,the data is excavated by the rough set theory(delete the redundancy conditions and determine the trust weight),and finally,use the D-S evidence theory,the D-S evidence theory improved by mixed structure,the D-S evidence theory improved by the trust degree distribution and the double improvement(both using the mixed structure improvement and the trust distribution improvement)D-S evidence theory to the original data data fusion.The results show that the two points of improvement are all effective,and the double improvement D-S evidence theory can meet the system requirements.3)The hardware is designed by modularization method,which is divided into five independent modules.The implementation process of each module is introduced in turn.and,through the research of the automobile fire mechanism and the flue gas diffusion,the installation position of the system hardware is determined.4)The software design of the system is carried out based on the hierarchical design principle.This paper first introduces the overall design scheme of the software,and then introduces the implementation process and operation principle of the software.5)According to the principle of vehicle fire and the principle of simulating fire design,the simulation experiment of automobile fire is designed.After the implementation of the auto fire simulated experiment,the experimental scene,remote display interface and data record is revealed;The data of the system performance index are obtained and the data is compared with the evaluation index of the second chapter.The overall evaluation of the system function and performance is obtained,and the shortcomings are analyzed.The results show that the car fire alarm system fully meet the design requirements.
