Analysis Of Influence Of Metro Shield Construction On Adjacent Underground Pipeline

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of urban population,the pressure on traffic is becoming more and more obvious.However,the tunnel construction will disturb the underground soil,and affect the city’s underground structure or pipeline,even cause the pipeline leakage,damage or disasters and serious accidents.The underground rigid pipeline near to the subway shield tunnel was studied as the research object in this paper.The pressure between pipeline and surrounding soil and the sedimentation of the pipeline were researched by the engineering measurement and the ANSYS finite element analysis method,in which the shield excavation process and the influence factors of pipeline shape were considered.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the measured data of the project,the paper studies the settlement variation of the pipeline under the shield construction with the time.(2)Using the method of numerical simulation,the paper simulated the influence on the rigid pipeline excavation.It fully considered the interaction of soil-pipe-tunnel and analyzed the effect of pipeline settlement above the shield tunnel.And then verified the reliability by comparing with the measured data.(3)Using the method of numerical simulation,it analysed the settlement rule of the pipeline which cross the tunnel in different factors.The calculation results showed that pipeline parameters are not the main factors which affect the settlement,but the soil and the gap between pipe and tunnel had significant influence effect on the settlement.So we should pay attention to it.
