People pay more and more attention to the use ratio of wind power with the wind turbine technology becoming mature.The wind turbine has been gradually an important pillar of china electricity supply because of low operation cost,less pollution and lower maintenance rate.The wind turbine controls variable pitch mechanism,yaw mechanism and braking mechanism by introducing hydraulic proportional system.The variable pitch mechanism can more efficiently improve the conversion rate of wind energy with a quick response of nature wind changing.The yaw mechanism can exactly aims the cabin at wind direction when the lowest wind speed.It also can quickly lowers the loading to improve security and useful life of the wind turbine.The main research content of this paper can be divided into the following points:1.Put forward the research significance of the paper by combining the wind turbine technology development process and application advantages.Brief overview a few basic components and performance characteristic of the wind turbine.Analyze and contrast the advantages and disadvantages between variable pitch and fixed pitch wind turbine.Derive the wind energy utilization coefficient by using aerodynamic and Betz theory.2.Research yaw control theory specific application strategy in the wind turbine.Too frequently following the wind can reduce useful life of the yaw mechanism and easily produce high-frequency vibrations.It's hard to keep the cabin in line with the wind effectively in time when the yaw mechanism have a large amount of lag.Finally,it will affect the efficiency of wind power.So,the yaw mechanism don't adjust yaw angle when the change of wind direction within the margin of error tolerance.The yaw mechanism aims the cabin at wind direction again when the change of wind direction out of range of error tolerance.3.Design the hydraulic system of the wind turbine.Describe the working mode of the wind turbine system under different working conditions in detail.Simulating and testing the control system by applying modeling simulation techniques ensure that various dynamic indexes of the system will meet the actual requirements.Finally,we can further optimize speed,accuracy and stability of control system by using PID control model.
