Car cover mold in the production process,due to the existence of rebound coefficient and other reasons,if you rely on the original 3D digital mold directly processing,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the core,cavity,the need for more fitter repair,The workload is large and the precision is poor;so in the car mold forming parts damage,often need to carry out local repair design,and do CNC machining repair.After the reverse scanning technology is mature,you can use the reverse scanner to scan the original mold core cavity to obtain point cloud data,and then use the reverse design based repair technology specifically for the damaged parts of the reverse design,three-dimensional design;Good core,cavity for CNC machining,so that the repair of the mold parts with the appropriate rebound coefficient,you can more accurately reflect the existing mold,greatly save the time to repair the mold after processing,often can be satisfied with the requirements of the more satisfied As a result,the production of mold enterprises has a more important practical significance.In this paper,we start by analyzing the working principle of the photographic scanner by analyzing the working principle of the photographic scanner.The principle of identifying the point cloud in the scanning process is analyzed and analyzed,and the way of improving the accuracy of the point cloud data Then,the design process of reverse engineering is studied,and the data of the reverse design and the mold number are merged and the improved method is studied.Finally,the repair of the car is better.The mold of the CAM programming of the key technology were explored.
