The increasing number of vehicles has brought pressure on road traffic and brought serious environmental problems.As the bottleneck of urban road traffic,the intersection of vehicle running state changes frequently.Frequent conditions change will lead to increased exhaust pollution.It is helpful to improve the urban atmospheric environment by improving the running status of the vehicle at the intersection by means of intelligent traffic management.In view of this,this paper proposes a regional vehicle emission control method based on signal timing optimization.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper chooses the vehicle emission model IVE model to calculate the regional vehicle emissions.This paper compares several vehicle emission models.According to the traffic characteristics of the intersection and the operating conditions of the vehicle,the IVE(International Vehicle Emission)model is selected as the vehicle emission calculation model.This paper analyzes the organization framework and calculation principle of IVE model,and determines the parameters required for the model calculation.Based on the principle of input and output,I design the data interaction with the simulation model.Secondly,this paper realizes the automatic calculation of vehicle emissions in regional road network.According to the type and format of the data needed to generate data and emissions calculation,the data interaction between Paramics and IVE model is realized by using Paramics' QPG function,C language and database technology.Based on the simulation data,this paper runs the IVE software to calculate the vehicle emissions on the simulated road network.Then,this paper constructs the signal timing optimization model based on emission control and solves it.This paper reviews the theory of urban traffic signal control and its evaluation index.On this basis,this paper put forward the model of signal timing optimization which takes the effective green time length,the period duration and the phase difference as the constraint condition and takes the smallest vehicle emissions as optimization target.the vehicle emission is the smallest target.Then,this paper presents a method to solve the optimization model based on genetic algorithm.Finally,this paper uses the simulation road network to verify the effectiveness of regional motor vehicle emission control program.This paper chooses the regional network of Nanjing central area to carry on the example analysis.Based on the data of the RFID base station,the simulation road network is established.And the optimization scheme based on the optimization of the signal timing optimization scheme is obtained by simulation.Then,the optimized timing plan is got by running the simulation road network.Compared with the vehicle traffic data and the corresponding traffic indicators,it is found that the discharge of vehicles has decreased and the traffic conditions on the road network have been improved.This indicates that the regional vehicle emission control technology based on signal timing optimization is effective.The intelligent traffic control measures,traffic simulation model and model of vehicle emission calculation combination used in vehicle emission control has gradually become one of the hotspots of intelligent transport.On the basis of the existing research,this paper looks forward to the future research...
