With the improvement of the residents' living standard,the household load is increasing,which leads to the continuous growth of the residential electricity consumption,and the use of a large number of single-phase load makes the unbalanced three-phase load of the power grid become more and more serious.The traditional solution to this problem is reactive power compensation,but its not very effective and can't solve this problem fundamentally.So this dissertation introduces a dynamic load balance control system which based on the automatic phase change,and adjust the power supply phase of residents user load in real time to make the load distribution between the three-phase equilibrium,reduce the extent of three-phase and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of power supply.In this dissertation,designed the structure and function module of distribution transformer load dynamic balance control system,analyzed several switch unit phase change control device and discussed the phase change switching process in detail.In order to carry out phase change safely and reliably,the protection strategy of commutation process is analyzed and studied.We also introduced several voltage detection algorithms,and the voltage detection algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power theory is studied emphatically.In addition,analyzed several communication methods,and the working principle of the power line carrier communication is introduced.In this dissertation,the problem of solving is combined with the mathematical model to establish a multi-objective optimization function based on three-phase unbalance and the number of switching actions.This dissertation also introduces several kinds of commonly used clustering algorithms,and focuses on the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm.The optimal solution of the objective function is obtained by combining the fuzzy C mean clustering algorithm and the multi objective function.The simulation model was built by using MATLAB simulation software,the process of phase change control on the device and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is simulated,verified the feasibility of the commutation switch and fuzzy C means clustering algorithm.On the basis of the above research,a dynamic load balance control system is developed,and introduced the hardware and software design of the system.Experimental study on the system,the experimental results showed that the load dynamic balance control system can effectively reduce the three-phase imbalance,improve the power quality of the user's,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the balanced control system.
