This paper focuses on solving the three-phase imbalance problem in the rural power grid in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province.The impact of threephase unbalance on rural power distribution transformers is studied,and the causes are analyzed,and corresponding technical and management measures are proposed.A variety of three-phase unbalance control devices have been designed to provide support for improving the performance of the power grid.main tasks as follows:(1)The cause of the three-phase imbalance of the rural power grid is analyzed in detail,and the hazards of the three-phase imbalance of the rural power distribution transformer are summarized,and the current situation of the three-phase imbalance of the distribution transformer in Jiangyan district is specifically studied.(2)Starting from the basic concept and calculation method of three-phase circuit unbalance,the three-phase unbalance is analyzed in principle.In addition,the scope of governance of the three-phase imbalance of the rural power grid distribution transformer was discussed in detail.(3)Technically,measures to improve the three-phase imbalance of rural power grid distribution and transformation are proposed.It is mainly aimed at improving the processing methods of load reconnection,reactive power compensation and automatic commutation of the three-phase unbalanced distribution transformer of rural power grids for detailed analysis.And take the governance case area as the test object of the calculation example,and compare the method and the designed device proposed in this chapter with the original method.As a result,the three-phase unbalance degree of the distribution transformer in Jiangyan District was effectively controlled,and the research conclusion of comprehensive management of the rural power grid to improve the three-phase unbalance was reached.(4)Based on the current situation of the three-phase imbalance of the rural power grid distribution and transformation in Jiangyan District,management measures to improve the three-phase imbalance of the rural power grid distribution and transformation are proposed from the management perspective.Improve and control the three-phase imbalance phenomenon of rural power grids from the source.Mainly aim at strengthening the station area design and load access management,strengthening the three-phase load online statistical analysis,determining effective governance measures according to local conditions,and establishing the station area load lean management and control mechanism to conduct research on four management and governance measures.
