With the rapid development of large-scale engineering projects in mine engineering,port transportation and marine engineering,the demand for large cranes with large lift and high capacity is also increasing.And double folding line drum because of its special characteristics of the structure of multi-layer stable winding,is more and more applied to the practical problems in the project.The cranes are very unstable in the process of multi-layer winding and the wear of the steel wire rope is very serious due to the large length of the rope during the actual winding process.Therefore,it is imperative to study the winding system of the large crane.In this paper,the basic theory of theoretical mechanics,contact mechanics,material mechanics,mechanical dynamics and so on are used to optimize the analysis of the angle of the w ire rope in the winding system and the angle deviation of the wire rope into the groove,and the wire rope in the winding process.The static and dynamic simulation analysis of the wire rope provides a basis for the rational design of the multi-layer winding system.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The parameters of the reel and the wire rope in the winding system are introduced.The stress calculation formula of the reel and the bending stress,the pressing stress and the external load characteristics of the wire rope during the winding process are deduced.(2)Based on the actual winding conditions of the reel,the geometrical model of the winding system is established,and the cross-sectional size of the key lifting block for the climbing uplift is studied in detail.Secondly,The geometrical analysis of the spool into the reel allows the pulley layout in the winding system to be optimized according to the maximum allowable angle.(3)The mechanical model of the steel wire rope in the winding system is established.The stress of the steel wire rope in the twisting of the billet wire drum groove、the stress analysis between the wire rope and the flange baffle during climbing process and the change of the wire rope force during the winding process is studied.(4)The combination of Pro/E and ADAMS were used to establish the reel rigid body model and the wire rope was discretely simulated.The contact force parameters,constraints and actual loads were added.The dynamic simulation of the virtual prototype model was carried out.After the simulation,the paper analyzes the contact force of the steel wire rope in the actual winding process and provides some guidance and verification for the theoretical analysis.
