The subject of this paper is based on the spiral rope slot reel which can not satisfy the traditional structure of large capacity and high lift work requirements,and the function of multi-layer winding drum has pointed out that the system is based on the design and development of cycle.After analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the method of design based on BP neural network has been put forward.By analyzing the basic characteristics and calculation method of line rope slot reel design,using web design application of neural network technology to achieve the purpose of simplifying the design parameters,and the structure of the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis.Verify the rationality of the design.Firstly,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of rope drum,and focuses on the structure and working principle of double broken rope drum.According to the design parameters of large lift and high lift,the formula for calculating the structure of the double broken rope drum is studied.Then MATLAB software is used to update the data,and the training samples and test samples are calculated.Secondly,this paper analyzes the basic theory of BP neural network,the neural net algorithm is analyzed and explored,using MATLAB software for sample data preprocessing.The basic methods of adjusting the model and parameters of neural network are discussed.By using the trained network model,the sample design is verified,and the rationality of the Bible network model and parameters is verified.Then,this paper introduces kinematics simulation based on UG motion simulation and motion of rigid ball instead of flexible wire rope reel and the wire rope,through the movement simulation show characteristics of double line rope slot reel,the parameters of double broken line groove drum according to the previous calculation,the establishment of model and analysis of mechanics.This paper studies the stress distribution and fatigue condition of double broken rope drum.Simulation and analysis of double broken rope drum.Finally,this paper introduces the situation of passive heave compensation at home and abroad,and the mathematical model of passive wave compensator is established.Through the research on passive heave compensation technology,combined with the characteristics of double line rope slot reel,feasibility analysis of combination of double broken rope slot reel and passive heave compensation technology.Provide reference for the control of double broken rope drum.
