As one of the most commonly used components of electrical equipment,the motor's safety performance often directly determines the life and operation safety of electrical equipment.Motors must undergo a rigorous security test before leaving the factory.The traditional way to test motor electrical safety performance usually involves independent instrument for different test items.The measurement efficiency is low and the test data is separated,so it is difficult to integrate and analyse diagnostic faults.In view of this situation,our team from Southeast University was commissioned by an enterprise in Nanjing to research and develop an"integrated motor electrical safety performance measurement and analysis system".Once the system is clamped,it can measure each test item automatically.Such system has significant value for motor manufacturers and users because it not only improves the measurement efficiency greatly,but also analyzes the system parameters and diagnostic faults.This thesis focuses on the development of integrated measurement and analysis system for electrical safety performance of motors.The main research contents include:developing high-speed automatic test system software on 1PC for testing electrical safety performance of motors and developing the hardware and software of impulse winding test module system based on ARM11 processor.The high-speed automatic test system implements the measurement and control functions including impulse winding test,AC/DC withstand voltage test,ground/insulation resistance test,leakage current test,DC resistance test,it also uses LAN to receive impulse winding tester's response waveform in real time.The automatic measurement system supports flexible combination and configuration of different measurement projects and sequences according to different manufacturing requirements.It can also be used for statistical analysis of test data and troubleshooting.The impulse winding test module system contains the design of Human Interface Circuit based on ARM11 and the design of embedded software based on Linux and Qt,which has the functions of measurement,data analysis and data communications for the inter-turn insulation of motor windings.This thesis can be divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the subject;studies the development status of electrical safety performance test;puts forward the main research contents.The second chapter introduces the overall architecture design of the system;analyzes the demand of the system and determines technical selection and overall system design on these basis.The third chapter is the hardware design of the system,which includes design of digital control board and communication board of the impulse winding test module.The fourth chapter introduces the embedded software design of the impulse winding test module,it describes the implementation of system functions from different layers including driver layer,operating system layer and application layer.The fifth chapter introduces the software design of the integrated testing platform,including the design of data acquisition/storage subsystem and user interface subsystem.The sixth chapter describes the debugging and verification of the system,introduces the methods and procedures to test overall system functionality and stability.The Seventh chapter summarizes this project.The system has been put into operation since August 2016.According to the statistical results in recent six months,the system works safely and stably,with a superior efficiency and functionality comparing to stand-alone measurement equipment.
