Subway project has a complex construction technology, unpredictable risk factors, social and environmental impact of large, subway project construction is a high-risk construction projects.Summary of the current status of subway project safety management, both the subway project construction project scale, rapid development, technical and management strength is difficult to guarantee and other objective reasons, more importantly, the risk identification is not detailed and comprehensive, risk management measures are not in place and other subjective reasons. At present,China has made some progress in the safety risk management of subway construction engineering, but it is mainly focused on the construction process, from the design stage to consider the safety of construction personnel and project risk research is very small. Therefore, the concept of subway engineering safety design, that is,the subway design to consider the construction staff, operation and maintenance of personnel health and safety, through the specification and improve the design to eliminate or reduce the harm caused by dangerous sources,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the safety accident. The main technical methods used in this paper include:BIM technology,REVIT secondary development,C#language design, fault tree analysis, accident causal chain theory and trajectory crossover theory. The main contents of these methods are:Fully identify the risk of subway construction, and quantify the risk factors, through the combination with the construction activities to obtain the construction of each construction activity quantitative risk results;Understand the connotation of safety design, clarify the correlation between risk factors and different construction safety risks in the design scheme, and then calculate the quantization value of each risk influence factor in the design scheme.Based on the Revit secondary development technology and the quantification of the safety risk, the quantitative analysis of the safety risk for the subway construction is realized by the design of the subway safety risk identification list for the reading of the regulations and the past literature. In this paper, through the study of research methods and a case verification process, the main achievements are achieved:(1)Based on the theory of accident causation and the theory of trajectory crossover, this paper analyzes the relationship between construction safety accident and engineering design from the angle of causality of accident.(2)According to the basic principles of risk identification, through the analysis of normative articles, literatures, cases and workability, from the perspective of the construction safety and construction of the subway project, the construction of the subway construction safety risk identification Work, and ultimately the formation of subway deep foundation pit ten major security risk events as the main risk list.(3)This paper puts forward the idea of quantitative evaluation of safety risk, and summarizes the establishment process of the existing safety assessment system for subway engineering project. This paper puts forward the quantitative evaluation process based on qualitative evaluation and puts forward three basic evaluation of safety risk quantification Indicators:Exposure, frequency and severity.(4)A method of quantifying security risk based on BIM technology is proposed.Based on the Revit secondary development technology and the related three-dimensional modeling tools and development platform of Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Visual Studio, the design and implementation of the specific data information extraction and judgment function are designed by C#programming language.Automated review, and efficient identification of construction safety risks.
