Since the 1970 s,the problems caused by car-oriented traffic model are increasingly severe.All over world are making great efforts to improve the urban public transport system such as the current large-scale promotion of the tram to alleviate the energy crisis,environmental pollution,land shortage,traffic congestion and other issues,but simply by improving the means of transport can not completely improve the status of public transport,we must seek a set of scientific and practical public transport dispatch management system to monitor public transport vehicles real-time,to ensure the orderly operation of public transport vehicles.Since the end of 2012 when Beidou(COMPASS)Navigation Satellite System comes into service for Asia-Pacific region users.To protect public safety and improve traffic environment,various government departments of China have formulated relevant policies to promote the extensive applications of the homegrown BeiDou(COMPASS)Navigation Satellite System in the field of civilian transport.Based on the above background,combined with the convenience of passengers waiting to ride and the actual needs of the bus dispatch manager and other factors,this paper presents a scheme of tram scheduling system based on precise positioning technology to introduce intelligent real-time management concept for modern trams.This thesis mainly discusses:(1)The basic principle of high precision positioning.The whole precise positioning system consists of base station,client,vehicle terminal and other parts.This article focuses on the client and the vehicle terminal's design and implementation,including the hardware part and software part;(2)The main technologies to achieve high-precision positioning of vehicle terminal,including differential positioning data acquisition and analysis and the positioning module outputs high precision positioning information by solving differential data etc;(3)To set up and debugging of the whole system,to evaluate the performance of the positioning,and the accuracy achieved,and the sub-meter positioning of the tram dispatching system has been implemented.
