Because of the inevitable errors in the materials,design and manufacturing installation,the rotor,such as motor rotor,is often unbalanced.The rotor which works at a high speed will lead to vibration and noise.Therefore it is necessary to balance each rotor.The general manual balancing machine can't be adapt to the requirement of modern mass production,so automatic balancing correction machine arises at the historic moment.Our research group have done the research on the automatic balancing correction machine for many years,then successively developed a variety of models which can meet the needs of the production of the general motor rotor.But the motor manufacturing enterprises put forward higher request of processing efficiency and processing precision of the machine,therefore this paper makes the automatic balancing correction machine as the object,studies the dynamic characteristics of the test unit and rapid measurements and control methods under the impact of transient interference.The paper mainly complete the following work:1.Dynamics of the automatic balancing correction machine is analyzed.The mathematical model of the movement of the test unit is established and based on the model,the simulation calculation under two kinds of cases is performed,which laid the foundation for follow-up research.2.Vibration isolation methods of the test unit are studied.The vibration isolation device is designed and through simulation calculation and experimental verification,it shows that the device has good effect of vibration isolation.3.The data bounce problem of some test unit which adds the vibration isolation device is studied.The reason is that drive motor driving wheel is unbalanced,then the simulation calculation and experimental verification are performed.4.The speedup process of test unit is studied.Through the simulation and experimental verification,the research compare the various speedup curves on the influence of unbalance measurement process.5.The study of mixed oil damping is performed.Test unit mixed oil damping device is designed and through the experiment,the mathematical model of mixed oil damping is speculated.From two aspects of numerical calculation and experiment,after the mixed oil damping is added,rotor eccentricity and steady-state amplitude have linear relationship.
