With the global energy crisis and environmental crisis,the Dish solar energy Stirling engine has shown a good application prospect in the field of distributed energy system because of its advantages such as zero pollution and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.The simulation analysis method can not only predict the performance of the Dish solar energy Stirling engine at the rated working condition,but also analyze the influencing factors and sensitivity of the Stirling engine at the variable working condition theoretically.The experimental research method can study the performance of the Stirling engine more truly and objectively.Therefore,this thesis studied the performance of the Dish solar energy Stirling engine by the combination of simulation analysis method and experimental research method.In this thesis,a Dish solar energy Stirling engine was taken as the research object.Firstly,the actual working process of Stirling engine was simplified and analyzed.On the basis of the single-acting Stirling engine and the ideal isothermal analysis model,considering various flow resistance losses and heat losses,the practical isothermal analysis model of this four-cylinder double-acting Dish solar energy Stirling engine was established,and the simulation program was written by Matlab according to the model established.Secondly,the running characteristics of this Dish solar energy Stirling engine was simulated and analyzed,and its working process and performance index at the rated working condition and the influencing factors and sensitivity at the variable working condition were studied.The simulation results showed that the heat absorption capacity of the heater was 65.9kW,the electric power of the system was 25.80kW,and the effective efficiency of the system was 0.2976 at the rated working condition.Finally,the experimental study on the Dish solar energy Stirling engine was carried out and the experimental results showed that the Stirling engine had a good performance.The inflated pressure of the Stirling engine increased with the increase of solar radiation intensity,and there was a proportional relationship between the electric power of the system and solar radiation intensity.In terms of the electric power of the system,the relative error between the experimental results and the simulation results was kept within 8%approximately,which indicated that the practical isothermal analysis model of the Dish solar energy Stirling engine established was reasonable and feasible.
