With the continuous consumption of fossil fuels and environmental pollution continues to intensify. In recent years,Domestic and foreign experts continue to accelerate the wind energy, solar energy, water and other renewable clean energy development efforts to reduce the dependence on fossil fuels. But most of the current is only for resource-rich areas of a single energy power generation and network, for the combination of multi-energy complementary power generation grid in the country is still less, especially large power grid is difficult to reach the remote areas without electricity,The domestic mainly use of photovoltaic power supply,Power supply reliability is low.And in the mountains are often rich in water resources, the development of multi-energy complementary power generation will be an effective way to solve the problem of remote mountain electricity. This thesis analyzes the status of wind/solar/water resources in Guizhou Province by collecting the meteorological data of Guizhou Province for many years, and puts forward the complementary power generation system of wind/solar/water/storage based on the existing small hydropower system, and expatiates its dispatching strategy in off-grid and on-grid.The optimal capacity optimization configuration of the comple-mentary power generation system in two modes is studied, and the running cost and economy of each scheme are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the system is feasible and necessary to solve the problem of power supply in remote mountainous areas.Specific work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the present research status of wind power, photovoltaic and hydropower at home and abroad is introduced, and the research status of several multi-energy complementary power generation systems has been put forward. In this thesis, the wind power and water storage system based on small hydropower in remote mountainous area is put forward, and the working principle and output characteristics of the system structure and main components are analyzed.Secondly, based on the large meteorological data of Guizhou Province, this thesis analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of wind, light and water resources in this province, and introduces the current development situation of wind power, photoelectricity and hydropower. It is known that the wind/solar and water resources of Guizhou Province are very Good regional complementarity and seasonal complementarity; Finally, the dispatching strategy of off-grid and grid-connected water storage and storage system is described in detail under the condition of satisfying the load demand and considering the system economy.Based on the HOMER software, the system capacity of the two modes is optimized,And the cost and economy of the system when the access power is 50kW,100kW and 250kW respectively in the off-grid system is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the system can recover the cost in the whole life cycle under three different power systems. Therefore,Remote mountainous development of off-grid wind/water/water/storage comple-mentary power generation system is feasible; It is also calculated that the system cost and economy of four different optimization combinations are compared with the grid, and it is known that adding PV array on the basis of small hydropower can make the system profit the most, that in the small hydropower on the basis of adding photovoltaic array can make the system profit most.
