In recent years,the renewable energy generation technology represented by photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation has attracted more and more attention due to its low pollution and renewability.The complementary characteristics of solar energy and wind energy can improve the utilization rate of power generation units and obtain more economic benefits.However,both solar energy and wind energy have uncontrollability and need to be combined with energy storage devices to output stable electric energy.The wind-solar storage power generation system is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of new energy.The independent windsolar storage power generation system can effectively solve the power supply problem in special areas.The optimal configuration of independent wind-solar storage power system at the initial stage of design plays a decisive role in the economy and reliability of the system and is the key to maximize the function of the system.This paper focuses on the optimization configuration of independent wind-solar storage system with hybrid energy storage.Through reasonable optimization configuration of the system,the economy of the system can be improved on the premise of ensuring reliability.First of all,the whole structure of the independent wind storage power generation system is introduced,and the working principle and power characteristics of the wind power generation unit,photovoltaic power generation unit,storage battery and super capacitor are described.The mathematical model of each part is established and simulated,and the main power circuit of the system is analyzed.Secondly,the charge-discharge model of the hybrid energy storage unit is analyzed and the reliability index of the system operation is established.At the same time,considering the economy and reliability of the system,the whole life cycle cost of the system is taken as the optimization objective,and the load power shortage rate is taken as the constraint conditions to build the configuration model of the independent wind-solar storage power generation system.Then,aiming at the defects of slow convergence and easy to fall into the local optimal solution of the standard genetic algorithm,the algorithm is improved.The initial population of the algorithm is Tent chaotic sequence generated by chaotic mapping,and the variable proportion elite retention strategy is introduced to improve the cross operation,so as to increase the diversity of the population and improve the convergence speed.Based on the improved genetic operators and the simulated annealing algorithm,a simulated annealing genetic algorithm based on memory function is proposed to improve the global search and local search ability of the whole algorithm.Finally,the algorithm before and after improvement is used to solve the established optimal configuration model,and the optimal configuration results of wind turbines,photovoltaic panels,batteries and supercapacitors are obtained through MATLAB programming simulation and comparison.It is verified that the proposed configuration scheme based on memory function simulated annealing genetic algorithm has the lowest cost and better economy.
