Y-titanium phthalocyanine?Y-TiOPc?nanoparticles are a kind of important organic photosensitive material with favorable photoelectric conversion properties,and have a potential application value in the organic photovoltaic devices.In this paper,we researched Y-TiOPc nanoparticles respectively used as a barrier material,hole-transporting material and doping materials for perovskite solar cells and explored the effect of Y-TiOPc nanoparticles that wre used for organic bulk heterojunction solar cells as a donor material.Organometallic halide perovskite solar cells attracted increasing interests because of their large absorption coefficient,high mobility,simple preparation,excellent photovoltaic properties and so on.At present,the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has exceeded 22%.The commonly used hole transport materials of perovskite solar cells is spiro-OMeTAD,which have the disadvantages of complicated synthetic route,expensive price and so on.At the same time,TiO2 particles in the anode of cells have photocatalytic properties under light conditions,which can catalyze the decomposition of perovskite,thus reducing the photostability of perovskite.Therefore,finding a simple and effective way to improve the power conversion efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells is current research hotspots.In this paper,the perovskite solar cells achieved an power conversion efficiency of 5.86%with Y-TiOPc as a hole transport material.The perovskite solar cell filling factor increased from 67.2%to 70.6%and power conversion efficiency reduction decreased from 80%to 68%after light 10 h by usig high light sensitivity Y-TiOPc as a barrier material,which can effectively annihilate the photo-generated electrons in TiO2 anode.The results show that Y-TiOPc can effectively improve the stability of perovskite solar cells.Y-TiOPc nanoparticles and perovskite precursor solutions have good mixing properties.Y-TiOPc nanoparticles promoted the growth of perovskite crystals and result in the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells increased from 14.0%to 15.6%.Organic bulk heterojunction solar cell has attracted much attention due to their advantage of high excretion of exciton,low energy loss in exciton transport,low recombination probability of carrier and so on.Therefore,this paper explores the performance of the organic bulk heterojunction solar cell with Y-TiOPc nanoparticles as a donor material,which provides a novelty idea for the preparation of the flexible organic bulk heterojunction solar cells.
